Happy new year everyone.
This year is starting out great. We already have seventy-five paid members on this years roll and we are getting more banner ads on line. We now have someone who will build your ad for you, if interested please contact Marge. I hope to see all of are members at the meet and greet at the Feb. meeting. Every one please bring a landlord who is not a current member. Our goal is to have over 100 paid members this year.
Everyone please keep in mind, the more members, the more clout we have.p>

Members whose dues have not been paid as of February 1st of each year will be dropped from the FDALA membership roles and mailing list. and All properties associated with your account will be blocked from view on this site.
After February 1st, you will be required to rejoin at the new member rate of $70.
Your suggestions are appreciated, and will be reviewed promptly by our Board of Directors.
