The year is 1/2 over already!
With the New Year came new ideas. We are swithing from Monthly meetings to scheduled meetings. The meetings we have will deffinately be worth your time to attend. If You know a landlord who is not a member, please make sure they know about our website, it would be worth joining for that alone! We will be putting up a Billboard for our website and we have started running ads on Cable channel 12. We have had almost 20,000 unique visitors to our site and almost 100,000 total visits. Make sure you have your vacant properties listed. Members are filling units fast with calls from the web site. Also, we have approximately 10 banner adds available if any of our members are interested or know any buisnesses that woulkd like to advertise on our site. After February 1st, you will be required to rejoin at the new member rate of $70.
