I hope everone is getting there properties listed on our new website as we want tenants to see this as the only place to go to look for their housing needs. We also have 25 banner ads still avalable. When these are gone, they are gone for good. Only $100. for a full year. If you would like to purchase more than one ad, the same add can be set at as a double so it shows up twice as often.
I am looking forward to seeing all our members renew their membeship before the first of the year and new members can still sign up for next year at only $60.

Members whose dues have not been paid as of February 1st of each year will be dropped from the FDALA membership roles and mailing list. and All properties associated with your account will be blocked from view on this site.
After February 1st, you will be required to rejoin at the new member rate of $70.
Your suggestions are appreciated, and will be reviewed promptly by our Board of Directors.
